For our department of Medicine at our headquarter in Baden-Baden we are seeking to appoint for the earliest possible start date an International Medical Marketing Manager (f/m).
Your tasks:
Complement international marketing with indispensable medical input to marketing strategy devel-opment and implementation
Medical analysis of our top products versus competitors: homeopathy, Rx, OTC…
Provide medical and scientific support to help define USP, relevant indication and patient/ consumer target, product characteristic analysis for existing and new products of Heel and relevant competitors
Provide medical input to develop promotion materials to GPs/MDs and strategies in conjunction with the international marketing department
Act as an additional medical resource for the company working with marketing, medical and clinical research to support the promotion of company products, corporate research and development
Participate in advisory panels and key conferences activities
Provide medical expert input into product development when relevant
Represent the company to groups of experts, medical professional groups, societies, regulatory groups at international scientific meetings
Assemble and manage key opinion leader groups for the relevant product/therapeutic area
Support the development of clinical data through clinical trials and investigator studies
Analyse trial data and provide interpretation to Marketing & Sales
Build strong relationships with external partners and gain advocates for the marked products with the focus on developing and maximizing commercial values
Provide a pivotal interface between the commercial and clinical department as well as with other company partners and affiliates in order to ensure a coordinated approach to the development of KOLs and advocacy groups
Your profile:
University degree in the field of medicine
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in medical affairs in the biopharmaceutical industry, ideally with multinational and multispecialty organizations
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical product development processes and strong awareness of the interface between R&D and Marketing
Experience in utilizing scientific data in various medical forums preferred
Strong analytical skills, results orientation and a high proficiency in problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills commensurate with the need to effectively influence both external physi-cians/scientists and numerous in-house support groups
Ability to maintain scientific credibility while being commercially supportive, to communicate scientific results and effectively respond to data queries from customers/stakeholders
Capability of working autonomously or as part of a team
Attention to detail as well as the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Fluency in English and German language, Spanish or Russian would be an additional asset
